Meet the founder
Dr. Brock is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, a U.S. Army veteran, and the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Brock Occupational Health & Wellness. She built the Las Vegas practice so workers and employers across Southern Nevada could get occupational health care directly from the provider who owns it.

Her story
Dr. Brock served in the U.S. Army, and that chapter still sets the tone for how she practices. Preparation before the day starts. Accountability to the people beside you. A standard that holds steady when the schedule gets long.
Her career now spans close to three decades in healthcare, and she has worked nearly every seat in the system. Clinical care at the bedside. Case management and workers' compensation, where an injury turns into paperwork, deadlines, and a person waiting to get back to work. Organizational leadership, where the decisions actually get made. Along the way she built real fluency in Medicaid and Medicare, liability, HIPAA compliance, and advanced patient-centered care.
Brock Occupational Health & Wellness grew out of that whole view. Southern Nevada employers and the people who work for them deserve occupational health that is thorough, unhurried, and led by the clinician who signs the paperwork. So she built the practice, and she owns it. Every exam, screening, and consultation is handled by Dr. Brock herself.

Memberships
Her DNP project built a culturally responsive, mobile-based Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction intervention to address burnout among African American nurses. Findings have been presented at professional forums and are being prepared for peer-reviewed publication.
